Could you be the UK Foodservice Meat Craftsman 2013?

This year The National Association of Catering Butchers is launching an exciting, new craft skills competition supported by BPEX and Blythburgh Freerange Pork. The competition will take place at this year’s MEATUP exhibition on the 3^rd of July at the NEC.

We are searching for the UK Foodservice Meat Craftsman 2013 and are looking for individuals who demonstrate a high level of technical ability in working with British pork.

The Prize:

6 finalists will be selected for the competition staged at MEATUP. The overall winner will receive an overnight gourmet dinner experience at one of the UK’s top restaurants, including a tour of kitchens and accommodation, plus expenses worth around £1,500.
