From humble beginnings in 1890, located in North West London, Nigel Fredericks has now grown into one of the UK's finest suppliers of meat, poultry and game. The company started life as a family business and is still lovingly managed by that same family today. Nigel Tottman now leads what his forefathers started and whilst much has changed, the principles of providing quality product, great service, and ‘safe food’ live on to this day.
At Nigel Fredericks, we are proud of our varied client base and we are delighted to have been twice awarded the title of National Catering Butcher of the Year. Our products, sourced from the world finest producers, include exquisite Pre Culinaire dishes and canapés. We also exclusively supply Demi Glace from Finland and Vintage Dry Aged Beef from our very own state of the art facility.
We have our own fully functioning demonstration kitchen and learning facility, which can seat up to 30 people. We can work in consultation with clients senior chefs to tailor make programmes suitable for all levels, whether it is for a junior chef, or the sales team booking banqueting functions. This can involve anything from a demonstration showing different butchery techniques and cuts, to product cook offs, using innovative menu ideas. |
